  • Why can't I see the flight on Seturbiz.com, which I see on the airline's website on Seturbiz.com?

    Airlines may only have flights and fares that they offer for sale from their own websites. Therefore, the airline may have different flights on its own website, such as Seturbiz.com.


  • Can I only use the Roundtrip or Return ticket of a ticket I bought as a Round Trip?

    No, the flights on your ticket are required to be ordered sequentially. If you do not participate in any of the flights on your ticket, all of your continuation flights (including return tracks) on the ticket are automatically canceled by the system.

    Example: If your ticket is ISTANUL-> ANKARA-> IZMIR-> ISTANBUL, the system will automatically cancel your Izmir-Istanbul flight if you do not attend the Ankara-Izmir flight. The same rule applies for international flights.

    In order to avoid such a situation, when there is a flight that you cannot use on your ticket, you should definitely contact Seturbiz on 444 58 48 before the flight.


  • Can I travel with a ticket issued on behalf of someone else?

    No, you can only travel with tickets arranged on your behalf.


  • Can I change the name I gave at the time of booking or can I add my 2nd or last name?

    When submitting your reservation request, you should check your identity / passport information. It is the responsibility of the person opening the request to explicitly inform Setur about your full Name and Surname information that will be valid during your flight. No changes can be made to the Passenger Name and Surname information recorded at the time of booking or ticketing. However, depending on availability, new tickets must be purchased with a new fee.

    The name and surname printed on the ticket must be as written on the ID in domestic flights (passport, identity card) and on the international flights.


  • Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if there is a problem?

    No, your ticket cannot be transferred to someone else. In cases where you cannot make your journey, when you apply to Seturbiz for the refund of your ticket, the relevant ticket's return conditions can be processed.


  • Can I book more than one plane at the same time?

    No, when the airline detects double bookings (another reservation on the same or similar date or track), it cancels one of the reservations, regardless of price, date and notice.

    If you have a reservation made from a different place, you should definitely cancel one to avoid having problem.


  • How can I be notified when the airline is canceled / modified on my flight?

    When making a reservation, you must provide your valid mobile phone number / e-mail address information that can be reached before and during your trip. In order to communicate in operational disruptions, your contact information is shared with carrier airlines. In this way, cancellation / change information is sent to you via mail / sms.

    If you do not share valid contact information, information regarding flight cancellation or program changes will not be transmitted to you.


  • Will the flight time and seat number change on the ticket I have bought?

    Example: I bought my ticket on the 9:00 plane, I completed the check-in process, but I was informed that my flight time changed to 9:20. Moreover, the seat number I chose at check-in has also changed.

    Yes, the Airline has the right to change the planned aircraft type or flight time due to operational reasons or conditions such as air opposition.

    Although the plane time does not change, only the type of plane can be changed. In such cases, the airline has the right to change the seat number selected first.


  • Can I choose the seat I want when buying a ticket?

    You cannot choose your seat at the ticket purchase stage; After completing your ticket purchase process, you can make your seat selection with your Booking Code (PNR) / Ticket number from the relevant airline's check-in page.

    For airlines that allow to buy paid seats, you can purchase seats for a fee after the ticket is issued.


  • What are the departure and arrival times on my ticket indicated?

    The times of all flights are shown according to the local time of the departure and arrival points.

    Example: Duration of ISTANBUL-ROMA flights is 2 hours 45 minutes. However, the departure time is 09:00 and the arrival time is 09:45 on the IST-ROMA ticket in November. The reason for this is due to the difference in hours between Turkey and Italy. Tickets Turkey time on the departure time, arrival time appear in this way over time to show a ticket for Italy.


  • Do I need to take the print out of my e-ticket with me when I arrive at the airport?

  • How long should I be at the airport for check-in?

    It is required to be at the airport at least 1 hour for domestic flights and at least 2 hours for international flights.

    Check-in and baggage handling for international flights ends 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the plane.

    Check-in and baggage handling for domestic flights ends 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the aircraft.

    Boarding operations on the domestic and international flights end 20 minutes before the flight.


  • If I don't have luggage, can I go directly to the plane, boarding gate?

    If you made your check-in online or from kiosks and printed your boarding card, you do not have a baggage to hand over, you can go directly to the boarding gate without stopping at the airport.


  • How can I check in at the counter?

    After completing your ticket and ID / passport control at the check-in counter, your baggage is collected and your boarding card is issued, if any. After these transactions, you can follow your information screens at the airport and check your flight gate and board your boarding card to complete your boarding operations.


  • Is there an identity check on domestic flights?

    Identity checks are also carried out on domestic flights. For this reason, do not forget to have your identity card with you, your driver's license or passport with the ID number on it.


  • Do I need a passport to go to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus?

    There is no passport requirement when traveling to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. You just need to have your TR identity document with you.

    Turkish citizens who want to go to Cyprus with a passport are 15 TL. They can check out with a passport by paying the exit fee.

  • When can I cancel / change my ticket at the latest?

    The cancellation / refund / change conditions of your ticket vary according to the fee conditions.


  • Can I keep items such as lighter and matches in the cabin?

    You cannot carry flammable materials such as lighter and matches in your cabin trunk. You can only carry a safe match or a lighter that is not weapon-shaped.


  • Can I carry deodorant and perfume in my cabin trunk?

    You can carry deodorants and perfumes in sizes smaller than 100 ml in your cabin trunk.


  • Can I carry a second laptop in my cabin trunk?

    You can carry a second laptop or tablet computer in your cabin baggage provided that it is in the same bag.


  • Can I have more than one bag in the cabin?

    For Economy Class flights, you can get a single piece of luggage with a maximum size of 23x40x55 cm and a maximum weight of 8 kg.


  • How is the operation performed when the dimensions and weight of my cabin baggage do not meet the expected standards?

    Your baggage, the size and weight of which is not suitable for the cabin, is carried in the cargo section of the plane within the right of your baggage. If you exercise your right in this area, your baggage will be extra charged in accordance with the "excess baggage" tariff.


  • What should I do if I do not have luggage at the airport I landed?

    If you cannot access your baggage, contact the Lost and Found Office. Do not forget to keep the lost luggage form given to you here. You can track the status of your lost baggage along with the baggage tracking number provided to you with the form on the baggage tracking page of the airlines or from the call center.
